Our desire is that the Great Commission not be something distant to working women, stay at home moms, or grandmothers. Therefore, each year during our World Impact Conference, the women’s ministry of AABC hosts a women’s brunch to challenge women concerning their involvement in the world mission. This year the speaker for our 2008 WI Women’s Brunch is Melissa Smith. Melissa served for two years on the Xtreme Team of the International Mission Board. During this time, Melissa hiked through jungles to some of the most remote places to live among the unreached of Peru. In the video below, Melissa tells one story of how God used her during this time. You will hear many more during our WI Women’s Brunch.
