Pastor Jeremy is the Pastor of Administration and the Mission at Ashland Avenue Baptist Church.  He is responsible for making sure all the ministry at Ashland Avenue Baptist Church is aligned with the Great Commission. (Matthew 28:18-20)  

Pastor Jeremy is originally from Tennessee.  He was raised in the town of Lewisburg, Tennessee.  At a very young age his grandparents began teaching Him the Scriptures and calling Him to believe in Jesus.  Jeremy was a member of Parkview Baptist Church for most of his life.  At the age of 19, Jeremy joined Mt. Moriah Baptist Church in Lewisburg and started serving this wonderful church.  During this time in his life, God used the pastor at Mt. Moriah and the influence of many other wonderful saints, to confirm in his life a call to preach the gospel of Jesus Christ. 

Jeremy then moved to Birmingham Alabama and began his theological training for ministry at Southeastern Bible College.  While studying at Southeastern, Jeremy met his wife Danae.  Jeremy and Danae now have four children (Titus, Nathan, Anna, and Charis). 

It was also during his time in Birmingham that Jeremy met Pastor David Prince.  Pastor David and Jeremy served together four years at a church in Birmingham before moving to Lexington to minister at Ashland Avenue Baptist Church.

In May of 2008, Pastor Jeremy will graduate from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary with a Masters Of Divinity In Missions.
