The Men’s Ministry of Ashland Avenue Baptist Church exists to equip and encourage men to follow God through Christ in reverent, humble submission, and lead others with loving, bold aggression.

At Ashland we are calling our men to flesh out such a vision for manhood.  We do this through informal accountability relationships, as well as, formal ministry opportunities and events.

Join the men of AABC on September 20th at 8:00 a.m. for a big ‘manly’ breakfast and a serious challenge from God’s Word on Cultivating Manhood.  Our guest speaker for the morning will be Dr. Randy Stinson. Dr Stinson is Dean of the School of Leadership and Church Ministry and Assistant Professor of Leadership at The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Louisville, KY.  He also serves as President of The Council on Biblical Manhood and Womanhood (CBMW), an evangelical organization that seeks to promote the biblical teachings on the complementary differences between men and women, created equal in the image of God.

Join the men of Ashland Avenue Baptist Church for our annual ‘Men’s Shoot Out.’   The ‘Shoot Out’ begins at 6:00 PM at the Marshall Farm.  The event is always a great time of fellowship for the men of AABC.  It also serves as a wonderful father and son outing.  There will be a cookout and a skeet shooting competition.
